Unless otherwise specified in the rate terms, the following Hotel Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services supplied by Springfield Hotel Leixlip

• Check In time is from 15:00, early check in is subject to availability at all times. Check out is 12:00 on day of departure. Late check out is charged at €50 per hour.
• A credit card is requested on check in to establish a room account with full payment of the accommodation costs at that time. Payment for hotel services and dining during your staff is required at time of consumption.
• Cancellation Policy: There is no charge to cancel your booking outside of 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation received within the 48-hour period is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation.
• Advance Purchase rates are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• There is no smoking within the hotel. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and acceptable condition or in the event of any damage arising during the rental period will result in the appropriate charge to the card.
• The number of persons stated on the reservation must not be exceeded without first informing the hotel reservations team. Requests for cots and high chairs must be made at the time of reservation. While we will endeavour to meet your request, it cannot be guaranteed. The Springfield Hotel reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the client either prior to or during their stay is likely to endanger the safety or well-being of themselves or other guests. Furthermore, if clients behave in a disruptive manner, causing damage to property or behaves in any other manner deemed unreasonable by the management of the Springfield Hotel, the booking may be terminated without refund.
• The Springfield Hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to any person.
• The Springfield Hotel reserves the right to preauthorise the card given at booking any stage prior to the day of arrival to guarantee the booking. Should the card not authorise, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
