Springfield Bar & Bistro serves hearty daily carvery and traditional Irish dishes, while our Restaurant offers a private dining experience. Whichever you opt for, we promise a warm atmosphere, exceptional service, and fresh local and produce.

Carvery is served:
Monday - Friday 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Sunday - 12.30pm - 7.45pm

Our offers a fine selection of meats, fish, poultry and a host of freshly cooked vegetables, with an extensive dessert menu. 

Day Menu is served:
2.30pm to 8.45pm Monday to Friday 
12pm to 8.45pm Saturday

From homemade sandwiches to burgers and light bites, our Day Menu is served in the bar. 

Breakfast is served:
Monday - Friday 7am - 10.30am
Saturday & Sunday - 8am - 10.30am

 

Enjoy a mouth-watering selection of homemade cakes sandwiches and scones, accompanied by a refreshing pot of tea or a glass of fizz. Served daily from 12  - 5pm. Pre-booking is essential, by calling us on 01 458 1100 

Private dining is also offered for those special occasions with family and friends. Our Sarsfield Room or Rye Room are ideal places to host small gatherings to celebrate family, social and business occasions.

Please NOTE: For parties of 30 & over please pick 3 choices from each course. Private dining minimum number of 20 adults required for the private rooms.

We can tailor any menu to suit your requirements and we offer bar floor service throughout your function at no extra charge.
