Experienced Bar Tender

Springfield Hotel have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Tender to join our busy Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate for this position will be:

  • Courteous and focused on delivering the highest standards of customer service to customers.
  • Able to maximize guest satisfaction by serving up the best cocktails and drinks to our valued customers
  • Ensuring the highest standards in Health, Safety and Hygiene are always adhered to
  • Perfect English - written and spoken is essential.
  • Standards driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent product knowledge, up-selling skills and friendly
  • Able to multi-task in fast paced working environment
  • Compliance with all licensing, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Flexible as the position includes a variety of both day & night time shifts
  • Energetic, well presented and have great people skills
  • Experienced in the role with a minimum of 1 year spent working in a busy bar environment serving both food and drink.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €23,000.00-€27,000.00 per year

Accommodation Assistants

We are currently looking for fulltime Accommodation Assistants. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail & will have the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel to ensure guests comfort throughout their stay.

Potential candidates must be flexible & available to work mid-week & during the weekend. No evening or night work. This role will be under the guidance of the Accommodation Manager. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• To be responsible for the routine cleaning of allotted bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas

• To always provide an efficient and friendly service to guests and to communicate with hotel guests in a polite and friendly manner

• To deal with lost property and maintenance requests to supervisor as per house policy

• To be polite and professional

• To always ensure a high level of security

• Ensure all the duties are completed to the standards of the hotel before finishing your shift

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE 

• Good communication skills with fluent English

• Good time management and organisational skills 

• Previous one year experience in a busy Hotel environment is an advantage.

Kitchen Porter

Your main duties will involve ensuring cleanliness within the kitchen department is maintained at a very high standard at all times other duties will include wash up, cleaning, vegetable preparation as assigned.

Must speak excellent English and have visa/permit to work in Ireland. Must be flexible and able to work shifts and weekends

The successful candidate will be friendly, hard working, live within a 10km radius and speak excellent English and previous experience is preferred.
