- Picked this Hotel as it was away from our usual city haunts and Boy did we get it right. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful especially Aoife on reception and Ger the Manager whom we felt went that extra mile to make our stay more pleasant. - I stayed at The Springfield on Saturday 8th June 2013 for one night, the standard of the Hotel and all staff was excellent. I would like to give a special mention to Linda on reception, whose attitude and helpfulness was greatly appreciated, and thanks for the sandwiches Linda they were great.

Sunday lunch is served from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. It is a four course meal consisting of a variety of starters including homemade soups with fresh bread rolls, followed by a main course of either national or international cuisine together with a selection of freshly prepared vegetables and potatoes. You will certainly enjoy one of our many desserts and no meal is complete without a cup of tea or coffee.
The Restaurant is open from 5.00pm to 9.00pm Bank Holidays.
